Spread the word:
Tell businesses about BSG Waste and how we can help them find competitive waste management prices through our expert broker services.

a) Ensure they mention you:
When they contact us via the form, they must state your name and your organisation’s name as the referrer. This is essential for you to receive your reward. Referrals must be made prior to the referred business’s initial contact with BSG Waste Limited.

b) They sign up:
The referred business signs a waste management agreement through our broker services. Referrals must be made prior to the referred business’s initial contact with BSG Waste Limited.

You get rewarded!

2. Rewards:

a) £50 Amazon voucher for every referred business that signs a waste management agreement with BSG Waste, which is subject to successful commencement of services.

b) Bonus £100 Amazon voucher when you refer 5 businesses, and they all sign waste management contracts. Bonus rewards apply only where all five (5) referred businesses meet the eligibility requirements and commence services.

c) This is an uncapped referral program! The more businesses you refer, the more you earn. All rewards are issued at the sole discretion of BSG Waste Limited and do not constitute commission.

3. Terms & Conditions:

a) The referrer must be an existing active customer of BSG Waste at the time the referral is made and at the time the reward is issued. Only current customers are eligible to participate in this referral programme.

b) The referred business must be based in England, Scotland or Wales. The referred business must be a new customer to BSG Waste.

c) To be eligible for the reward, the referred business must mention your name and your organisation’s name during their initial enquiry.

d) The referred business must sign a waste management contract with BSG Waste, and such contract must successfully commence. BSG Waste will aim to issue all Amazon vouchers within 30 working days of the new service commencing. This will be issued via email voucher.

e) BSG Waste always aims to arrange client commencement in line with their current termination date. This may impact when the referrer receives their voucher.

f) BSG Waste reserves the right to amend or terminate this referral programme at any time. No referral reward shall be payable unless all eligibility criteria are met prior to any amendment or termination.

g) The referred organisation must agree to a minimum 36-month service agreement. This is a mandatory eligibility requirement.

4. Fraud Prevention:

a) BSG Waste Limited reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activity related to this referral program. This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, creating fake accounts, providing false information, or any other attempt to manipulate the referral process.

b) Any rewards earned through fraudulent activity will be void, and BSG Waste Limited may, at its discretion, terminate the participation of those involved and pursue legal action if necessary. BSG Waste Limited’s decision regarding suspected fraud shall be final.

5. Data Privacy:

a) BSG Waste Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants in the referral program. We will collect and process personal data (such as names, email addresses, and company names) of referrers and referred businesses in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

b) This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program, verifying referrals, and issuing rewards.

c) Data may be shared with service providers acting as data processors where necessary to administer the referral program or where required by law.

d) Referrers and referred businesses have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data upon request.

6. Termination of the Program:

a) BSG Waste Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice.

b) Any pending rewards will be honoured for eligible referrals made before the termination date, subject to the terms and conditions of the program. Eligibility includes successful commencement of services.

7. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in this referral program creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or commission-based relationship between the referrer and BSG Waste Limited. Referrers have no authority to bind BSG Waste Limited or make representations on its behalf.

8. Tax Treatment

The referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable tax.

9. Governing Law:

This referral program and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
