Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

Help your connections save on their business waste bills and earn Amazon vouchers for yourself!

Here’s how it works:

1. Spread the word: Tell businesses about BSG Waste and how we can help them find the competitive waste management prices through our expert broker services.
2. Ensure they mention you: When they contact us via the form below, they must state your name and your organisation’s name as the referrer. This is essential for you to receive your reward.
3. They sign up: The referred business signs a waste management agreement through our broker services.
4. You get rewarded!

Rewards:

• £50 Amazon voucher for every referred business that signs a waste management agreement with BSG Waste.
• Bonus £100 Amazon voucher when you refer 5 businesses, and they all sign waste management contracts.

This is an uncapped referral program! The more businesses you refer, the more you earn.

Terms & Conditions:

• This referral scheme is not applicable to current customers already on our client list. Therefore, any organisations who are referred to us that exist on our client list will not result in a referral bonus.
• The referred businesses must be based in the England, Scotland or Wales.
• The referred business must be a new customer to BSG Waste.
• To be eligible for the reward, the referred business must mention your name and your organisation’s name during their initial enquiry.
• The referred business must sign a waste management contract with BSG Waste.
• BSG Waste will aim to issue all Amazon vouchers within 10 working days of the referred business’s contract going live. This will be issued via email voucher.
• BSG Waste reserves the right to amend or terminate this referral scheme at any time.
• The referred organisation must agree to a minimum of 12 months service agreement.

Fraud Prevention:

BSG Waste Limited reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activity related to this referral program. This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, creating fake accounts, providing false information, or any other attempt to manipulate the referral process. Any rewards earned through fraudulent activity will be void, and BSG Waste Limited, at its discretion, terminate the accounts of those involved and pursue legal action if necessary.

Data Privacy:

BSG Waste Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants in the referral program. We will collect and process personal data (such as names, email addresses, and company names) of referrers and referred businesses in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral program, verifying referrals, and issuing rewards. We will not share this information with any third parties without consent, except as required by law. Referrers and referred businesses have the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data upon request. Termination of the Program:

BSG Waste Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. In the event of termination, any pending rewards will be honoured for eligible referrals made before the termination date, subject to the terms and conditions of the program.

Governing Law:

This referral program and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
